Age of Origins codes run on a brutal clock, with most of them dying within days of going public. Camel Games ties them to events, so I watch the channels constantly and yank the expired ones off this table the same day.
Age of Origins codes are the alphanumeric gift codes Camel Games posts on Facebook, Discord, and in-game event screens, redeemable in game for free Diamonds, Speedups, Resources (Food, Oil, Steel), Hero Medals, and combat materials. It's a zombie 4X, so everything feeds the machine. Diamonds cover the hero gacha, VIP, and the shop. Speedups compress your building, research, and healing timers, and honestly they're the reward I rate highest, because timers are the real enemy in this genre. Hero Medals push your commanders up tiers, and the raw Resources keep Food, Oil, and Steel from bottlenecking your queues.
Quick tip. sit on the Speedups until State versus State or a zombie boss event is live. I once burned a whole stack on ordinary base upgrades during a quiet week, felt extremely productive, and then the event window opened and I had nothing left to climb the rankings with. The base could've waited. The event rewards couldn't.
Age of Origins codes appear around anniversaries, State versus State seasons, crossovers, and Camel Games milestones. The windows are short, days sometimes, which is the single most important thing to know about them. Redemption is in game, through your avatar, then Settings, then the gift code option. Case sensitive, no region lock, any State can redeem.
- Redeem in game: avatar > Settings > gift code.
- Days, not weeks. That's the typical lifespan, so move fast.
- One use per code, per account.
- No region locking. Every State redeems the same codes.
- Speedups and Diamonds do their best work during State versus State, so hold them.

How to redeem Age of Origins codes
In-client only, through the avatar settings. No website. Rewards show up in your in-game mailbox a few minutes after the code clears.
- Launch Age of Origins and tap your avatar in the top left.
- Open Settings.
- Find the gift code entry option.
- Enter the code exactly as written, capitalization included.
- Confirm, then collect from your mailbox a few minutes later.
'Already used' means exactly that, you redeemed it before on this account. A plain 'invalid' almost always means expired, and with these codes expiry comes within days, so a failed code is rarely a mystery worth investigating.

What kind of game is Age of Origins?
A zombie-themed 4X from Camel Games, formerly titled Age of Z Origins. Base building, troop training, hero collecting, alliance wars across States, with zombie hordes filling out the PvE side. Codes feed every one of those systems at once.
When do the Speedups earn their keep?
Event windows. State versus State and zombie boss events pay ranking rewards, exclusive heroes and gear, that dwarf whatever a random midweek upgrade gets you. A saved stack released during an event is the same Speedups doing double the work.
Are Hero Medals worth anything?
More than they look. They tier up your commanders, and commander strength carries both your zombie PvE and your war marches. I'd never let a code with Medals in it lapse.
Why do Age of Origins codes expire so fast?
Camel Games welds them to short event windows to keep people watching the official channels. Knowing the why doesn't slow the clock, so redeem the day you find them.
Do codes care which State or server I'm on?
No. Global codes, any State, as long as they're alive and under their redemption cap.
How long does the mailbox hold my rewards?
Seven days from arrival. Claim them on your next session, the timer doesn't negotiate.
