Trait Rerolls or Gems, which matters more?
Rerolls, once you have a carry worth investing in. Monarch on your main damage unit can triple its output, and no pile of Gems buys that directly.
Why the level 30 requirement?
Bot control. Throwaway accounts can't farm code rewards if the rewards need hours of real play first, and you'll cross level 30 naturally before the gate ever annoys you.
