All Star Tower Defense Codes: Active and Expired (June 2026)

All Star Tower Defense codes come with a built in prank: paste one into ASTDX, the spinoff, and it reports invalid even though the code is fine. This list is for the original ASTD, checked against the official drops.
All Star Tower Defense codes are the strings Top Down Games posts on Discord and X around updates and milestones, and you cash them in for free Gems mostly, plus EXP, Trait Rerolls, skins and the occasional outright unit. Gems run the summon economy, EXP levels your account for more unit slots and stages, rerolls re-spin the passives on units worth keeping. The unit codes are the ones I actually get excited about, because a guaranteed character beats any pile of currency you'd otherwise gamble at a banner.
Quick tip. I lost five minutes once swearing at a perfectly good code before noticing I'd loaded All Star Tower Defense X instead of the original. Same vibe, separate game, separate code list. Glance at the title screen before you paste anything.
Drops follow updates (the Update 9 cycle is the current one), milestones and seasonal events. The game has been alive since 2020 and the code faucet still runs, so the table below turns over fairly often. You redeem through the Settings button at the top left of the lobby. No level requirement to enter codes, though a few rewards want a certain account level, and some strings are case sensitive.

How to redeem All Star Tower Defense codes
Thirty seconds in the lobby, no web portal, rewards hit your account instantly. The only real failure mode is the wrong game thing, which is why I keep repeating it.
- Launch All Star Tower Defense from the Roblox app. Double check it's not ASTDX.
- In the lobby, hit the Settings button at the top left.
- Paste the code into the text box, exact casing and all.
- Confirm. Gems and EXP land immediately, no mailbox step.
Still rejecting? Some codes ask for a minimum account level before they pay out, and a few are case sensitive. Paste from the Copy button, and level a little if you're brand new.

What's the difference between ASTD and ASTDX codes?
They're two separate Roblox games. The original All Star Tower Defense launched in 2020; ASTDX is the newer spinoff with reworked mechanics, and each keeps its own code list. Nothing crosses over, which is why a working code looks dead when you're standing in the wrong lobby. Ask me how I know.
Are the unit codes really the best ones?
By a wide margin, in my opinion. Gems make you gamble at a banner; a unit code just hands you the character. When a drop includes a unit, redeem it before anything else on the list.
When should I spend code Gems?
During a featured banner rate up. The game boosts summon odds for the featured units while their banner runs, so a saved stack of Gems aimed at one strong banner beats the same Gems dribbled into the standard pool.
Why does my code say invalid?
Wrong game, expired, already used, or a casing typo. In that order of likelihood.
Is All Star Tower Defense still updated in 2026?
Yes. Six years in, the Update 9 cycle is live and codes still ship with patches and milestones. Old by Roblox standards, but not done, and all that history means a deep roster of crossover anime units.
Where do new All Star Tower Defense codes land first?
The official Discord, usually inside the update announcement itself. The X account echoes them a little later, and they get folded in here once they're confirmed working.
