Cookie Run: Kingdom Cookie Tier List (September 2026)
Last checked August 21, 2026
This Cookie Run: Kingdom cookie tier list ranks 29 notable cookies for August 2026, deep into the Beast and Awakened Ancient era of the meta.
We compared two recent rankings and kept the majority view where they disagree, looking at both Arena performance and story or guild content.
New Mythic and Beast banners shake things up fast here, so we rank what holds up across content rather than just the newest release.

Angel Cookie How we rank
We weigh how often a cookie appears in top Arena teams, how much it contributes in endgame PvE like the Beast Raid and guild battles, and how well it survives meta shifts. Rarity is not a criterion by itself: a well designed Epic can outrank a neglected Legendary, which is exactly what happens with Captain Caviar. Awakened forms are ranked where noted in the item.
Tier by tier
S Tier, the meta
- Millennial Tree Cookie: The defining support of the current meta
- Silent Salt Cookie: Meta warping charge and disruption, near mandatory in PvP
- Eternal Sugar Cookie: Still one of the strongest damage carries around
- Shadow Milk Cookie: No longer the undisputed king, still elite everywhere
- White Lily Cookie: Her awakened form anchors top Arena teams
- Venom Dough Cookie: Recent addition that both sources rate meta defining
- Dark Enchantress Cookie: Firmly back among the strongest picks this year
A Tier, excellent
- Golden Cheese Cookie: Elite burst plus revival utility for hard PvE
- Fire Spirit Cookie: Legendary damage dealer that never really fell off
- Crimson Coral Cookie: Strong sustained damage in Arena teams
- Moonlight Cookie: Crowd control and support hybrid with great uptime
- Mystic Flour Cookie: Beast cookie that still excels in long fights
- Captain Caviar Cookie: The free to play pick punching above his Epic rarity
- Stormbringer Cookie: Powerful damage dealer that needs real investment
B Tier, solid
- Frost Queen Cookie: Freeze utility keeps her relevant in stages
- Sea Fairy Cookie: Classic burst mage, aging but dependable
- Black Pearl Cookie: Devastating in guild battles, less so elsewhere
- Pure Vanilla Cookie: Outclassed by newer healers, still very usable
- Wind Archer Cookie: Backline sniper who deletes squishy targets
- Burning Spice Cookie: Former meta Beast, now a solid mid pick
C Tier, situational
- Espresso Cookie: Pull and burst combo for specific stages
- Licorice Cookie: Budget summoner for early progression
- Clotted Cream Cookie: Once meta defining, now a niche pick
- Red Velvet Cookie: Decent frontline if you lack the top tanks
- Madeleine Cookie: Fine early on, falls off in endgame content
D Tier, skip
- Latte Cookie: Her debuffs no longer justify a team slot
- Mint Choco Cookie: Healing output is too weak for current content
- GingerBrave: The starter, replace him as soon as possible
- Angel Cookie: Early game healer with no late game role

Cookie Run: Kingdom tier list FAQ
Who is the best cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom right now?
There is no single consensus best cookie in August 2026, but Millennial Tree, Silent Salt, Eternal Sugar and the newer Venom Dough sit at the top of every recent ranking, alongside Shadow Milk and Awakened White Lily. Any of them can carry both PvP and PvE teams.
Which cookie should free to play players build first?
Captain Caviar. He is an Epic, so he is far easier to obtain and promote than Mythic or Beast cookies, and he still earns a slot in serious teams. Pair him with the best Ancients you own while you save pulls for meta banners.
Are old Legendaries like Sea Fairy and Frost Queen still worth using?
Yes, as stopgaps. They no longer headline Arena teams, but their burst and freeze utility still clears story stages and events comfortably. Replace them gradually as you pull the newer Beast and Awakened cookies.
How fast does the meta change in this game?
Fast. Devsisters ships a major banner every few weeks, and a new Mythic or Beast cookie usually lands straight in the top tiers, as Venom Dough just did. Expect the top of this list to move every couple of months.
