Usually because the tutorial is not finished and the Robux Shop has not unlocked yet. If the shop is open and the code still fails, you are probably on an older server, so rejoin. Capitalisation is not the problem here, the box types everything in lowercase.
Are the codes case sensitive?
No, and that is unusual for Roblox. The code box forces lowercase, so HeavenRealm and heavenrealm are the same thing. I keep the capitals in the list because that is how the developer posts them.
What is Spirit Jade used for?
