It is one of the early realm breakthroughs on the meditation track. On a fresh save you can hit it in roughly twenty to thirty minutes of focused meditating, faster if you roll a decent Race early. I would make it the first thing you do, since all three current codes wait on it.
Are Talent Spins or Race Spins more valuable?
Race Spins, marginally. Your Race sets a broad multiplier on Qi output that everything else stacks on top of, while Talents are more situational boosts. The current codes pay both in equal number, so in practice you just redeem everything and roll.
Why did so many codes expire already?
