Solo Leveling: Arise Hunter Tier List (September 2026)
Last checked August 14, 2026
This Solo Leveling: Arise hunter tier list covers the hunters we would actually build in August 2026, from Tawata Kanae and Thomas Andre at the top down to the SR hunters you can safely bench.
We ranked 30 hunters against the current endgame, mostly Battlefield of Time, guild raids and gate pushing, using the most recent community rankings we could find.
Element counters still decide fights in this game, so treat the tiers as a building order rather than gospel.

Kim Sangshik How we rank
We weighted raw damage, support value and shield breaking in current endgame content, leaning on rankings updated in August 2026. Tiers assume decent weapon investment but not maxed duplicates. The limited (G)I-DLE collab hunters are left out because nobody can obtain them anymore, and Sung Jinwoo is not ranked since every account runs him anyway.
Tier by tier
S Tier, the meta
- Tawata Kanae: Premier fire DPS, huge burst when properly supported
- Thomas Andre: Tanks, breaks and out damages half the DPS roster
- Cha Hae-In (Pure Sword Princess): Elite burst DPS, worth every ticket you pull
- Amamiya Mirei: Longtime top DPS that still clears everything
- Go Gunhee: Huge damage plus real team utility
- Goto Ryuji: Great shield breaker with serious personal damage
- Isla Wright: Support value that carries endgame teams
- Seorin: Newer SSR that slots into most rosters
- Yoo Soohyun: Burst mage that melts bosses when funded
A Tier, excellent
- Esil Radiru: Strong DPS that is cheap to make work
- Lennart Niermann: Sturdy frontliner with real team protection
- Alicia Blanche: Ice DPS, great against the right bosses
- Charlotte: Solid damage with good shield breaking
- Gina: Underrated all rounder for most content
- Han Se-Mi: Healing plus damage over time in one slot
- Harper: Hits hard and pairs well with meta supports
- Meilin Fisher: Buffer whose kit fits many teams
- Min Byung-Gu: Best pure healer for hard content
- Sung Jinah: New 2026 hunter, strong and easy to slot in
B Tier, solid
- Cha Hae-In: Original version, outclassed by her own alter
- Choi Jong-In: Respectable fire mage a bit past his prime
- Lee Bora: Dark mage and a fine budget option
- Silver Mane Baek Yoonho: Fun transformer that got power crept
- Shimizu Akari: Serviceable healer when Min is elsewhere
C Tier, situational
- Woo Jinchul: Breaker utility and not much else now
- Hwang Dongsoo: Decent stats held back by an awkward kit
- Lim Tae-Gyu: Situational pick for dark teams only
D Tier, skip
- Han Song-Yi: Early SR, retire her after the story
- Jo Kyuhwan: SR filler that is safe to skip
- Kim Sangshik: Tanky SR with no real job late game

Solo Leveling: Arise tier list FAQ
Who is the best hunter in Solo Leveling: Arise right now?
Tawata Kanae is the strongest damage dealer when her team supports her burst windows, while Thomas Andre is the best all around pick because he tanks, breaks shields and still deals top tier damage in almost any composition.
Why is Sung Jinwoo not in this tier list?
Every account plays Sung Jinwoo and he scales separately from the gacha hunters, so ranking him against them would not help anyone. This list only covers the hunters you actually have to pull and invest in.
Where are the (G)I-DLE collab hunters?
MINNIE, YUQI, MIYEON, SHUHUA and SOYEON came from a limited collaboration and cannot be obtained anymore. Several of them still perform well, but we only rank hunters a player can realistically add to their roster today.
Do element counters matter more than tiers?
Often, yes. Hitting an enemy with its counter element grants a large damage bonus, and hitting into a resisted element cuts your damage badly. A well built A tier hunter on the right element regularly beats an S tier hunter on the wrong one.
