The Veil Codes (Active and Expired)

The Veil only just launched and Blackstar Studios has already pushed three codes, one of them an apology for a shutdown. I checked every entry below against Pocket Tactics, PCGamesN and Try Hard Guides today, and all three are still going through.
The Veil codes are the short strings Blackstar Studios posts on the game's Discord after a release, a milestone or an emergency shutdown, and they pay out in race rerolls for free race rerolls and the odd cosmetic like the launch party hat. your race in The Veil decides your passive perks before you ever swing a weapon, and rerolling it normally costs Robux or a long grind. Twelve free rerolls from the current codes is enough to fish for one of the rarer races without spending a thing, which changes how the early labyrinth feels.
Quick tip. redeem everything before you commit to a build. I burned a couple of rerolls after already levelling a character and had to start the grind over. Stack the rerolls first, roll until you land a race you like, then go explore.

If one comes back invalid, double check you joined the group and finished the tutorial, since both gate the box. If it still fails, the code has been retired and I will swap in whatever replaced it on the next pass.
New codes so far have arrived with launch, with a bug fix, and with the shutdown apology, so the pattern is one drop per notable event. Like milestones will likely follow as the player count grows. You have to be in the BlackstarDW Studios Roblox group before the box accepts anything, and you need to finish character creation and the short tutorial first. One redemption per account, no level gate beyond that.
- Redeem in game: shopping cart icon under your health bar, then the Codes tab.
- Join the BlackstarDW Studios Roblox group first or the box rejects every code.
- Every current code pays race rerolls, and RELEASE adds a party hat.
- Codes are case sensitive, so copy them exactly as written.
- New drops land on the official Discord right after updates and shutdowns.
How to redeem The Veil codes
Everything happens in game, but there are two prerequisites that trip people up: the group membership and the tutorial. Get those out of the way and the rest takes ten seconds.
- Join the BlackstarDW Studios group on Roblox, then launch The Veil.
- Create a character and play through the short tutorial.
- Click the shopping cart icon just below your health and sanity bars.
- Open the Codes tab on the left of the shop window.
- Paste a code into the field and press Enter. The rerolls land on your account immediately.
If the shop ignores your code even after joining the group, leave the server and rejoin. Group membership is checked when you load in, so an old server will not see it.

What do The Veil codes give you?
Race rerolls, almost exclusively. RELEASE also drops a party hat cosmetic, but the real value is the twelve rerolls across the three live codes, which let you fish for a rarer race without paying Robux.
Why does the code box say invalid?
Nine times out of ten you are not in the BlackstarDW Studios group, or you joined it while already in a server. Join, rejoin the game, and try again. A typo is the next suspect, since the codes are case sensitive.
Do I need to finish the tutorial first?
Yes. The shop, and the Codes tab inside it, only unlock after character creation and the opening tutorial. It takes a few minutes and the codes are still there when you are done.
Are there Robux codes for The Veil?
No. Blackstar Studios hands out rerolls and cosmetics, never Robux or premium currency. Anything claiming otherwise is bait.
How often do new The Veil codes appear?
So far one per event: launch, a bug fix, and the shutdown apology. Expect like and visit milestones to add more as the game grows, and expect them to be announced on Discord before anywhere else.
What is The Veil actually about?
A dark labyrinth crawler with races, classes, and permadeath pressure, in the same family as Deepwoken and Arcane Lineage. You pick a race, gather weapons, and push deeper while other players and the labyrinth itself try to end your run.
