Volleyball Legends Style Tier List (September 2026)

This Volleyball Legends style tier list ranks every style you can pull from spins, from the Ultra and Secret game changers down to the common starters you should replace as soon as possible.
We cross checked the current meta after the Riku and Kumo update, and the short version is that Ronin and the Secret styles with two maxed stats still rule ranked lobbies.
A skilled setter on a B style will still beat a spinner who just got lucky, so treat the tiers as a spending guide, not a skill ceiling.

How we rank
We rank styles by their stat spreads (spike, block, serve, set, bump, jump, speed) and how well they hold up in competitive matches, leaning on the most recent rankings when sources disagree. Rarity correlates strongly with power here, so the top tiers are dominated by Ultra and Secret styles, but we bumped styles up or down where their kit overperforms or underperforms their rarity.

S Tier, the meta
- Ronin: Ultra rarity, absurd spike and jump stats
- Hidari: Variable serve and spike, fits any comp
- Jinko: Maxed spike and spin, terrifying attacker
- Timeskip Hinto: Huge spike range on a balanced build
- Timeskip Kyamo: Best set stat plus defensive coverage
A Tier, excellent
- Taichou: Great speed and set for playmakers
- The Twins: Balanced offense and defense, rarely a bad pick
- Sanju: High spike with nasty tilt potential
- Mikage: Maxed block, the wall of the meta
- Kazana: Bump specialist who can still spike
- Timeskip Okazu: Serve and set focused, strong backcourt
B Tier, solid
- Kisuki: Great bump, dive and speed, libero gold
- Bakuri: Godly block and spike combination
- Kyamo: Well rounded defender, base form
- Okazu: High block and serve, honest Godly
- Hirakumi: Maxed block and jump net coverage
C Tier, situational
- Yogan: Secret rarity but oddly average spread
- Kozei: Legendary one trick, fine early on
- Azmei: Decent single stat, easy from spins
- Uchikai: Serviceable Legendary until Godly luck arrives
- Yokai: One specialty, little else to offer
- Kyoshin: Cheap Legendary stopgap for spikers
- Ninyoku: Rare, but genuinely good for liberos
D Tier, skip
- Imaezi: Rare with nothing that scales
- Tonkura: Common starter, replace it fast
- Hinto: Base form, only the Timeskip matters
- Hakochi: Common filler with weak stats
- Sagumi: No standout stat, no niche
- Kishoti: Bottom of the common pile

What is the best style in Volleyball Legends right now?
Ronin is the consensus number one thanks to its Ultra rarity and huge spike and jump stats. Hidari, Jinko, Timeskip Hinto and Timeskip Kyamo round out the S tier, and any of them can anchor a ranked team.
Are Secret styles always better than Godly ones?
Usually, but not always. Most Secret styles have at least two maxed stats while Godly styles tend to max only one, yet Yogan sits well below Godly picks like Bakuri in practice. Judge the stat spread, not just the rarity color.
How do I get S tier styles?
Through style spins, which you buy with in game currency or earn from codes and events. The odds on Ultra and Secret styles are low, so stack spins from active codes before you start rolling.
Do Timeskip styles replace their base versions?
Yes. Timeskip Hinto, Timeskip Kyamo and Timeskip Okazu are straight upgrades over their base forms, which is why base Hinto sits in D tier while its Timeskip version is S tier.
