The Company codes turn over faster than most Roblox roleplay games, with a new one landing every week or two and older ones quietly closing, so I re-check this list against Destructoid, Beebom and Roblox Den every time I touch it. As of today BIGUPDATESOON is the freshest drop.
The Company codes are the short strings the developers post on Discord and the group page to celebrate updates, member milestones and support from the community, and they pay straight into your company account for free Cash, plus the occasional Influence and Expenses bundle. The Company is a corporate roleplay game where you pick a department, sit through meetings, close deals and climb toward an executive seat, and Cash is the fuel for all of it. Every promotion, office upgrade and expansion to a new city costs money, so 6,000 free Cash from MassiveSupport! is a real head start when you are stuck in the mailroom.
Quick tip. redeem before you spend your first paycheck, because the codes are the fastest Cash you will see for a while. Then treat them like seed money and put it into whatever unlocks your next promotion rather than cosmetics. I burned my first bundle on desk decorations and regretted it by the second meeting.

These all worked when I last ran the list against Destructoid, Beebom and Roblox Den. The developers retire codes without warning, so redeem them the same day you read this.

If one comes back as invalid, the developers have closed it or you are on an old server that has not picked up the change. Rejoin a fresh server, try again, and if it still fails it is gone for good.
Expired The Company codes
Each of these was a short-lived drop. maplesyrup and GONE were both live at the start of September and closed within days, which is typical for this game.

Fresh The Company codes usually arrive alongside updates and group milestones, and the names spell it out: BIGUPDATESOON went live to tease the next patch, and the earlier WELCOME2026 marked the new year. Redemption happens through the in-game computer, no external site. Each code is one use per account, and the update-tease codes tend to close once the update they announce ships.
- Redeem in game: click the computer icon on the left, then type the code into the address bar and press Enter.
- Most The Company codes pay out Cash, usually 2,500 to 6,000 at a time.
- You may need a fresh server for a brand-new code to work.
- One use per account, and update-tease codes close once the patch lands.
- New ones drop on the official Discord and the group page first.
How to redeem The Company codes
The Company hides its code box in plain sight: it is the address bar of the in-game computer, not a settings menu. Once you know that, it takes ten seconds.
- Open The Company in Roblox and finish creating your character if it asks.
- Click the computer icon on the left side of the screen to open the Company Console.
- Click the address bar at the top of the console, where a website link would go.
- Type or paste a code into it, with no extra spaces.
- Press Enter. The Cash is added to your account immediately.
If the console does not react at all, you are probably on a server that predates the code. Leave, join a new server and try again before assuming the code is dead.
The Company codes FAQ
What do The Company codes actually give you?
Cash, almost exclusively. Amounts range from 2,500 to 6,000 per code, and one earlier code bundled in Influence and Expenses as well. There are no cosmetics or exclusive items from codes so far.
Why does my code say it is invalid?
Three usual suspects: the developers closed it, you already used it on this account, or your server is older than the code. A stale server is the most common one for this game, so rejoin a fresh one before giving up.
Where is the code box in The Company?
It is the address bar on the in-game computer. Click the computer icon on the left, click the bar at the top of the console where you would type a URL, paste the code and hit Enter. There is no separate codes tab.
Are the codes case sensitive?
Treat them as if they are. MassiveSupport! includes a capital M, a capital S and an exclamation mark, and typing it in lowercase will not work. The Copy button on each code avoids the problem.
How often do new The Company codes come out?
Roughly every one to two weeks at the moment, usually tied to an update or a community milestone. They also disappear fast, which is why the expired list is growing as quickly as the active one.
Where do new The Company codes show up first?
The official Discord server, followed by the group page. Beebom, Destructoid and Roblox Den mirror them within a day or so, which is where I cross-check before posting anything here.
