Update 2 just dropped and brought Refresh! with it, on top of the two visit-milestone codes the game earned by blowing past two million visits. I checked the full list against Pocket Tactics and PCGamesN today and both agree on every entry.
Coach a Fighter codes are the promo strings the developer posts around updates and visit milestones, and the exclamation mark at the end of each one is part of the code for free Cash, Real Rerolls, Legend Rerolls, and Skip Tokens, everything the training loop runs on. Coach a Fighter puts you on the corner stool instead of in the ring. You train fighters, reroll their abilities, buy upgrades, and send them into matches, so the 25k Cash bundles from Release! and Update1! fund your first gym tier and the rerolls decide whether your fighter comes out mediocre or a genuine contender. Legend Rerolls are the scarce ones, spend those last.
Quick tip. redeem Release! and Update1! before you buy anything in the store, because 50k combined Cash plus twenty Real Rerolls and ten Legend Rerolls is a bigger head start than the first hour of grinding will earn you. Then use the Skip Tokens from Refresh! on training sessions you have already maxed rather than on early cheap ones.

If one rejects, the first suspect is a missing exclamation mark and the second is capitalization, since Update1! and Release! use mixed case. Anything that fails after both checks has been retired, and I will move it below on the next sweep.
The pattern so far is one code per update and one per visit milestone. Release! came with launch, Update1! and Update2! with the patches, 1MVISITS! and 2MVISITS! with the visit counters, so the next code is likely already predictable: watch for 5MVISITS! or Update3!. Redemption is a simple codes button on the right side of the screen, no level gate reported. One use per account, and the exclamation mark has to be included or the code reads as invalid.

Developer's stylistic choice, and it is strictly enforced. The mark is part of the string, so Update2 without it comes back invalid. Paste the codes whole and you will never hit the problem.
What is the difference between Real Rerolls and Legend Rerolls?
Rarity tiers. Real Rerolls re-spin standard abilities and you get twenty of them from the launch codes, while Legend Rerolls chase the top-tier abilities and only ten exist across the current list. Spend Real Rerolls freely and hoard the Legend ones for a fighter you are committed to.
Why is my code not working?
Three usual causes, in order: the exclamation mark is missing, the capitalization is off since these are mixed case, or you already redeemed it on this account. Codes here are one use per account with no exceptions.
When do new Coach a Fighter codes come out?
Every update and every visit milestone so far has shipped one. The game went from launch to two million visits fast, so the realistic next triggers are the Update 3 patch or the five million visit mark. The official community posts them first.
Are the milestone codes worth redeeming if the reward is unlisted?
Yes. 1MVISITS!, 2MVISITS!, and Update2! pay out even though the trackers have not pinned their exact contents, and redemption costs you nothing. Free is free, and in my experience the milestone codes in games like this usually hide a decent Cash stack.
