Counter Side Codes: Active and Expired (June 2026)

Counter Side codes come in waves, anniversaries, livestreams, big patches, then nothing for weeks. The list below is what's been circulating lately minus everything I've confirmed dead, and the coupon box gets the final word on the rest.
Counter Side codes are alphanumeric strings Studio BB hands out through official channels, livestreams, and anniversary campaigns, and they trade in for free Quartz, Employment Contracts, Gold, and the Eternium and Skill Books that unstick a stalled roster. Quartz is the premium currency, and Employment Contracts are the actual gacha pulls that recruit new Employees. Eternium and Skill Books matter more than they look, because the mid game cap is where most accounts quietly die, and those two are what break through it.
Quick tip. sit on your code Quartz and Contracts until a limited banner shows up. I emptied my first stack into standard recruitment the week I started, pulled nothing but units the pool recycles forever, then watched a limited banner arrive ten days later with my account flat broke. Limited and seasonal units are the ones that bend PvP, and they don't come back on demand.
New Counter Side codes follow the event calendar, big updates, anniversaries, dev streams, and most give you a couple of weeks to redeem. Between events the tap goes dry, which is normal, not a sign you missed something. Redemption is in game under Settings > Coupon, or a web coupon page in some regions, and the strings are case sensitive. I can't retest every region's client daily, so when a code bounces, trust the box over the list.
- Redeem under Settings > Coupon in game, or the regional web coupon page if your build has one.
- This is the recent circulating set. If one has died since my last pass, the coupon box will tell you straight.
- Expect 14 to 30 day lifespans, with stream codes burning out fastest.
- One redemption per account, and capitalization counts.
- Quartz and Contracts are the lines worth caring about. The rest is seasoning.

Several codes redeem fine in one session and everything piles into the mailbox. If something errors, it expired on its own schedule, not because you did anything wrong.

How to redeem Counter Side codes
Everything goes through the client, Settings then Coupon, with some NEXON regions routing through a web page instead. Rewards arrive by in game mailbox, not straight into your inventory.
- Open Counter Side and head into Settings from the menu icon.
- Find the Coupon entry.
- Paste the code exactly as written, capitals included.
- Confirm it.
- Collect the Quartz, Contracts, and materials from your mailbox.
No Coupon option in your menu? Your region probably routes redemption through a dedicated web page, which is a NEXON publishing quirk, not a bug on your end. Check your build's official page before assuming codes aren't supported.

What is Quartz actually worth?
It's the premium currency: recruitment, shop, refills. Any code carrying Quartz is worth the thirty seconds.
Are Employment Contracts just gacha pulls?
Yes, that's exactly what they are. Contracts recruit new Employees directly, no converting Quartz first, which is why I treat code Contracts like banner ammunition and store them until something limited appears.
Should I really skip the standard banner?
With code resources, yes. The standard pool recycles the same recruitable-anytime units, while limited and seasonal characters define PvP and Challenge and then leave. I learned that order of operations the expensive way, so consider this the cheap version of the lesson.
The coupon box keeps rejecting my code. Why?
First suspect is capitalization, these are case sensitive, so paste instead of retyping. Second, the code aged out, since Counter Side codes carry expiry dates nobody prints anywhere visible. Third, this account already used it.
Do codes work on the PC client?
Yes, same account, same mailbox. Redeem wherever you happen to be logged in and the rewards follow you.
How long do mailbox rewards wait for me?
About thirty days for code rewards. That sounds like plenty until a banner eats your attention for a month, so claim the Quartz the same day it lands.
