New codes drop monthly (think IDLEMAY1ST, JAN26BOOST), during seasonal events, and at milestone celebrations. Most last until the end of their month. You redeem them in game through Cool Events, Exchange Gifts. Some need campaign progress (IH777 wants stage 3-10 cleared), and they're case sensitive.

How to redeem Idle Heroes codes
Idle Heroes does redemption in client through the Cool Events menu. There's no web portal. Your rewards land in the in-game mailbox.
- Launch Idle Heroes and tap the Cool Events menu.
- Tap the Exchange Gifts tab.
- Type the code into the text area (they're case sensitive).
- Tap the Exchange button.
- Head to your in game mailbox to claim the reward.
If a code gets rejected even though you copied it cleanly, check whether it has a campaign requirement. IH777 needs stage 3-10 cleared, and other conditional codes gate the rewards behind progress milestones.

Why does IH777 require campaign stage 3-10?
DH Games gates IH777 behind stage 3-10 so the 40 Heroic Summon Scrolls land on accounts that have progressed enough to actually use them. A fresh account that hasn't cleared 3-10 gets a requirement error instead of the scrolls.
Are Heroic Summon Scrolls worth more than Gems?
They're direct pulls, which is handy, but they roll the standard pool. Gems are more flexible because you can route them into Prophet Orbs for targeted heroes. For a focused roster, Gems into the Prophet Tree beat scattered Heroic Summons.
Why do codes keep failing?
