Marvel Contest of Champions codes (MCOC, if you've been playing a while) mostly land around anniversary events and partner promos, so I keep this list current and pull the dead ones as they expire.
Marvel Contest of Champions codes are alphanumeric strings Kabam releases on the official MCOC social channels, livestreams, and the Marvel partner network for free Units, Reunion Crystals, Gold, ISO-8, Catalysts, and Champion Shards. Units are the premium currency for crystals, arena refills, and the unit store. Reunion Crystals roll the returning-champion pool. Catalysts rank up your champions, and that's the real progression gate once you're past Uncollected, so the rewards that matter most are the ones feeding into rank-ups.
Quick tip. My tip: bank your code Units for the Cyber Weekend or anniversary unit-store deals instead of spending them on regular crystals. Those event stores give you 3 to 5 times the value per Unit, deeply discounted Catalysts and featured shards, compared to a standard Premium Hero Crystal pull. Patience pays here.
Codes show up during the December anniversary (easily the biggest of the year), summer events, partnered Marvel film releases, and Kabam livestreams. You redeem on the official Kabam shop page with your Kabam account. They're case sensitive, though community reports conflict on this, so just paste them exactly.

How to redeem Marvel Contest of Champions codes
Redemption happens on the official Kabam shop page, not in-game, the in-game shop has no redemption field. You'll need your Kabam account login linked to your summoner profile.

When's the best time to spend code Units?
The December anniversary and Cyber Weekend unit stores are the best value of the whole year. You'll see deeply discounted Catalysts, featured champion shards, and rank-up materials at 3 to 5 times the normal Unit efficiency. Bank your code Units through the year and unload them in those windows.
Why are MCOC codes case sensitive sometimes but not always?
Kabam's validation has been inconsistent across campaigns. Some codes only work in the exact posted case, others happily take lowercase. The safe move is to paste the code exactly as shown first, and if it fails, try all lowercase before you give up.
Can I redeem on multiple accounts?
Yes, as long as each uses a different Kabam account. Each Kabam account can redeem a given code once, so alt summoner accounts on separate logins can each claim the same one.
How long do inbox rewards stay claimable?
Seven days. Open your in-game inbox next session and claim everything before the timer runs out.
