FC Mobile redemption only works on the EA web redemption page. There's no redeem field in the in game store. You'll need your EA Account login and access to the linked email for the verification prompt.

Why does my redemption fail with 'account not eligible'?
Three usual causes. The code was for a different region (EA splits some codes between Americas, Europe, and Asia), your account level is below the minimum, or you already redeemed it on this EA Account.
